Richard Hobbs MD
Dr. Hobbs is dual board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and cares for patients of all ages. A North Carolina native, he attended the University of Alabama for undergraduate, followed by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for both medical school and residency.
Specializing in the care of complex patients of all ages, Dr. Hobbs is passionate about helping his patients live their best and healthiest lives. He started Elite Medicine in 2023 with the goal of providing outstanding medical care directly to patients without the administrative and regulatory constraints that the health insurance industry necessitates.
Dr. Hobbs is a married father of two and lives in the Triangle. He is fluent in Spanish.

Amitha Ravulapati MD
Dr. Amitha Ravulapati is board certified in Internal Medicine and cares for adult patients over 18 years of age. Born and raised in India, she obtained her medical degree from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India, in 2002. She then moved to the United States and received her Masters in Public Health from Northern Illinois University
Dr. Ravulapati completed Internal Medicine residency at the University of Pittsburg in 2008. She has been a practicing Internist for 20 years and worked in Florida before moving to North Catolina, where she has worked in the UNC system since 2013.
Dr. Ravulapati is passionate about preventative medical care and being a part of each patient’s healthy living journey. Having trained in India and the United States, she is able to bring a global perspective to aspects of preventative medicine, and a systematic approach to treating complex medical conditions.
In addition to the diagnosis and treatment of common primary care conditions, Dr. Ravulapati is excited to offer life and wellness coaching for not just medical conditions, but also general life and wellness, providing assistance to those looking for additional support navigating general life stressors and anxiety.
Dr. Ravulapati is married with 2 children and lives in Cary. She is fluent in two South Asian languages including Telugu and Hindi.
